What is queso blanco made of?

It’s a type of mexican cheese, made from cow’s milk. This type of cheese typcially melts well. I really like the queso blanco rice better than my other Cheesy Rice.

What is the white cheese used in Mexican restaurants?

Queso blanco. To make it more like the mexican restuarants, mix with white american cheese and mozzarella cheese, pepper jack OR Monterey Jack.

Does cheese go well with rice?

Absolutely. They make a great combo. Try to change up the cheese you use and the rice you use instead of Queso Blanco Rice, make a Pepper Jack, or Mozzarella Rice.

Like rice?
