A bite sitting on top of the Parmesan Crusted Tilapia.

What should I serve with tilapia?

Vegetables, potatoes, pasta, salad and rice are all good choices.

What fish is most like tilapia?

Red snapper is the closest in texture and flavor. Other fish similar are Rainbow Trout, Catfish, Striped Bass.

Tilapia is high in protein. It is high in Omega 3 fatty acids. And it has Magnesium and Vitamin Bs. Fish also contains Vitamin A, Vitamin D and phosphorus, plus more. In other words, Tilapia or fish is good for you and if you crave it…..EAT IT!!

What do you soak fish in to remove fishy flavor?

If you don’t like the “fishy” taste as much, try soaking in milk for 20-30 minutes before prepping it. You could do that with the Parmesan Crusted Tilapia too.

Try these alternatives if you don’t like the Parmesan Crusted Tilapia.
