What is a turkey slider?

Layers of turkey and cheese on rolls instead of buns or bread. These are like mini sandwiches.

What cheese goes with turkey?

In case you don’t like the swiss on the turkey and swiss slider, turkey pairs well with gouda, brie, havartis, muenster, provolone, mozzarella and cheddar.

How do you heat sliders?

See the recipe on how to bake the turkey and swiss sliders. To reheat the sliders, bake in a preheated oven on 350° on a baking sheet for about 10-12 minutes. If you want a quicker reheat, try broiling them for 2-3 minutes. Just make sure the middle is heated through. You can also reheat in the microwave by wrapping one in a paper towel and cook on high for 20-30 seconds.
