Oranges n Cream Cheesecake – NO BAKE

Orange Cheesecake

Oranges n Cream Cheesecake

Instead of Peaches n Cream Cheesecake, I made an Oranges & Cream Cheesecake. Too bad I can’t eat this sucker, cuz it’s lookin pretty darn good if I say so myself.  This was another “hubs request”.  Gotta keep the man full of good food. That way, he’s more likely to say yes when I ask for something 🙂

So, this is basically the same as a peaches n cream cheesecake.  Just swapped the peach jello mix and the peaches for orange flavor jello mix and oranges.  Depending on whether or not you like the chunks of fruit in yours is depending on whether you should add them. I put mine in the cake, however, you could make yours all pretty and put the slices of orange on top of the cake. Or, you could just forego any oranges.  Just use the orange flavor jello.  I also used a graham crackers for the crust. As I’m sitting here typing this, I’m thinking “I bet it would taste good with vanilla oreo crust”.

Oh hey, did I mention this is a NO-BAKE.  It’s worth mentioning many times even if I did.  It’s almost summer, so any meal, dessert, breakfast you can make without heating up the house, the better.

Here are some other cheesecakes to try out…

Apple NO BAKE Cheesecake

White Chocolate Coconut Cream Cheesecake – NO BAKE – made with animal circus cookies for the crust.

Pumpkin Cheesecake

I’ve never had or even thought of orange cheesecake, but it looks yummy! And it just reminded me that I have an orange creamsicle in the freezer… Anyhoo, I will pass this recipe along to my mother. She’s always baking something, and I’m not very good at baking, so I’ll have her make this for me next time I visit! Thanks for sharing at Submarine Sunday!
