Apple Pie Stuffed French Toast
French Toast meets Apple Pie, hence Apple Pie Stuffed French Toast.

Meg and the grand kids have been here on and off for about 2 weeks and I have been wanting to try this. So, we did! We all loved it! From the one year old to the, well, me being the oldest. Not really a fan of giving my age away. As I was eating it, I thought this would be a great Christmas breakfast. Don’t you think? Have your apple pie in the morning and your pumpkin pie with dinner.

I normally don’t do the stuffed french toast thing. But it’s getting so popular lately, that I had to see what all the fuss was about. Now I see. Of course, those who know me, will understand if I start coming up with all kinds of “stuff” for my french toast now.
I was pretty detailed in my recipe, but it’s really easy to make and doesn’t take that long.
Do you think this would make a great Christmas breakfast or what?
Some other great Christmas morning breakfast ideas…
Texas French Toast – just your basic french toast (not stuffed)
Sausage Biscuits and Gravy Casserole or Breakfast Egg Casserole – casseroles are always great for Thanksgiving and Christmas Mornings!
