Triple Chocolate Brownie Bites

These Triple Chocolate Brownie Bites were made with Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix. Just alter the ingredients up a little bit and you can make brownie bites instead. They come in handy for larger crowds or easier to transport. Just throw them in a baggie.
You could spruce them up some with some decor of your choice. I chose spring colors for my decor. But you know what would be even better? Add some frosting in the middle of the brownie bite, then sprinkle the decor on top. You might have to carry them differently if traveling with them.

Timing
The mix only takes a few minutes to make, another few minutes to spoon into the mini muffin tin and pop them in the oven. How much easier can you get? Short on time? You’re welcome!
I made mine to sit around the house for Sarah and I and for any guests, ahem, grandchildren that may show up. Then “G” has some goodies already ready to munch on…Triped Chocolate Brownie Bites.

Absolutely, you can. Hope you enjoy them!!!
Have you ever frozen these so you have them on hand to pull out in a pinch? Trying to make some for a wedding ahead of time but want to keep them fresh.
I have not, but you can freeze brownies and thaw them back out.
