Sausage Egg and Potato Breakfast Sandwich

I don’t know about you, but I love these kind of breakfast sandwich. Everything in just one bite. And, I use my favorite type of hash brown on this Sausage Egg and Potato Breakfast Sandwich. You know those “sticks” they give you now at most fast food restaurants? I put those on my breakfast sandwiches when I eat out, and they end up falling off my dang sandwich. Errrr.

What makes this awesome sandwich??
You’re pretty much seeing everything here that you’ll need. The bun, cheese, hash brown patty, egg and sausage. Pretty basic, yet oh so good. I used the frozen turkey sausage patty that I’m so fond of, so really the only cooking I did was the hash brown and egg. And while the hash brown was cooking, I made the egg and heated up the sausage. Didn’t take long at all.

Do you prefer hash brown patties or the hash brown sticks?
