Ranch Snack Mix
This Ranch Snack Mix turned out great. A little too ranchy…but I adjusted the recipe for that. If you like it ranchy, you can add more. Just taste when done and sprinkle some more ranch on it. I used the Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning and Salad Dressing Mix.

Like I mentioned in my CheesyO’s post, I’m trying to find some healthier snacks for me to munch on instead of eating so much sugar. This is another one. Although this one has more sodium in it. At least I’m backing of sugar some. Notice I said “some”. I will never back off completely.
This is an easy peasy recipe to make. Bakes for only 10 minutes and you’re done. Let cool and munch away. Great mix to have at a birthday party, a big gathering to snack on while waiting on the main meal, or where there is no main meal…just munchies. Or, like me, just have around as a snack. Kids would love to eat this as an after school snack. A couple of my grandsons came over after school one day this last week. They were hungry, as all kids are after school. I got these out and it worked out perfect.
Kids?
Speaking of hungry kids after school…why do they have their lunches so dang early? Have you noticed that. When I was in school, lunch was either smack dab in the middle of school or even a little later. Nowadays, they start lunch at 10:30 for some kids and then they have to make it all the way to 3:30. No wonder they’re starving when they get home. And how many times does that screw up your dinner? It’s too close to after school time. Sorry. Got sidetracked. I’m off my soapbox now.
Hope you enjoy this mix!!
