Breakfast Pizza Roll Up

Talk about yummy. This Breakfast Pizza Roll Up was an easy eat.  Who doesn’t love pizza? Who doesn’t love breakfast?

Let’s top that breakfast off by serving it rolled up in pizza dough. That’s right. Awesomeness rolled up together. You could eat it with your hands, or a fork..whichever you prefer.

Breakfast Pizza Roll Up

I used a combination of turkey and beef sausage (cuz Meg’s in town and she doesn’t do pork), turkey bacon, eggs and cheese.  All rolled up in the pizza dough.  I had to make a double batch because I was feeding 9 of us and 5 of those were kids. This is very easy for a toddler to eat. No fork required. Kid tested. Kid approved.

If I wasn’t feeding that many little ones, I would have added some extra ingredients. Mainly onions would have been a nice touch. But you could add peppers, rotel maybe, or some mushrooms. Whatever you like, the skies the limit with these.

To top it off, Meg came up with the idea to make some country gravy.  And she was right on with that one. Adding the gravy was perfect! Then, either you would need to dip or use your fork.
