White Chocolate and M&M Pancakes

Nuff said. Check these White Chocolate and M&M Pancakes out. I made them for two of my daughters, granddaughter and myself. I had some leftover too. And do you know what leftover pancakes are good for? They’re good to just grab and munch on throughout the day. These were so sweet they really didn’t need any syrup.

All I did with these White Chocolate and M&M Pancakes was sweetened up and add to the basic Bisquick pancake mix. Besides the call for milk and eggs, I added the white chocolate chips, M&Ms, vanilla, sugar and a box of white chocolate instant pudding mix. OMgoodness, they were some of the best pancakes I’ve ever eaten.

Have you ever doctored up your regular pancake mix? Do tell?
