Mix ALL ingredients. Add more milk if not the consistency you like.
Preheat your griddle/skillet to medium heat.
Pour 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the griddle/skillet. Cook until the edges are dry or bubbly.
Flip and cook until golden brown.
Serve with syrup, whipped cream or jelly.
