Yup…here’s yet another breakfast crescent for ya. It’s not like there are tons of this out there floating in internet land. This one has turkey sausage, eggs and cheese.

Know what’s great about these babies? You make more than you need, then heat them up in the morning for a quick on the go breakfast. Or freeze them and have them handy to just heat up on a morning with little time to prepare a meal.
What can I make with crossants (crescents) for breakfast?
Well…you can make this Sausage Breakfast Crescent, or, If you want another idea for a breakfast crescent, check this ONE or this ONE out. It’s more of a breakfast pocket, than a crescent. But it has bacon and pork sausage in it. Just sayin’.

Sausage Breakfast Crescent
Equipment
- 9 x 13 Baking Sheet
Ingredients
- 1 Can Grands! Crescent Rolls
- 4 Eggs
- 4 Slices American Cheese
- 2 Cups Turkey Sausage Crumbles by the breakfast meats in the grocery store
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Line a baking sheet with foil, or spray with cooking spray.
- Beat eggs.

- Pour beaten eggs into a sprayed medium size skillet set on medium to medium high heat.

- Add sausage crumbles to eggs. Scramble together. Season, if desired. Cook about 4-5 minutes.

- Set egg/sausage mix aside.

- Roll out one crescent.

- Add 1/2 slice of cheese on the bigger end.

- Add 1/3 cup of the egg/sausage mix on top of the cheese.

- Roll up (carefully) and place on baking sheet.

- Repeat until all crescents (8) have been rolled up and placed on the baking sheet.

- Bake in preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown. Let cool about 5 minutes.
