Meatball Sliders

I saw a picture of meatball sliders on the web somewhere and had to try them. So, I did.  I wasn’t disappointed either.  Other than the fact that my meatballs had to be big enough to fit the slider, these were awesome. And, you can customize them just like your hamburgers.  Use whatever dressing, vegetables and cheese that you want to get perfect taste you like so well.

Meatball Sliders

My daughter was smarter about this than I was.  She was laughing at me getting my mouth over these suckers. What?  I have TMJ and I can’t eat HUGE food.  But I managed to take a bite.  Now, when I went to have me some more the next day, I cut one in half.  Much easier.  So keep that in mind when you’re making yours. And you most definitely want to cut them in half for the kiddos.

Here’s Sarahs. Ok..so she outsmarted me this time.

Frozen or Homemade?

Surprise. I made the meatballs somewhat like I would make any other meatballs, but kept in mind that it would be more like a burger instead of drowning them in gravy or sauce.  I made one with American cheese and one with provolone cheese.

Have you seen these before?  Will you try them?

How about the Philly Steak Sliders?

Or Turkey and Swiss Sliders?
