Mix all ingredients other than the buns in a medium size bowl
Preheat skillet to medium heat.
Roll the meat mixture into 6 equal balls. Place in the skillet.
Cover and cook until the internal temp is 165°. Remove cover and turn the meatballs every 4-5 minutes.
While meatballs are cooking, toast buns in another skillet, griddle or toaster.
Remove meatballs from skillet and drain on paper towels. Place on bun and dress up as desired. Smash down...trust me on that and ENJOY!!!
