It’s still summer and NO BAKE desserts are my preferences, so I made a Peach Cheesecake. And nothing screams it’s summer than peaches. No need to heat up my house more than necessary.  Heck, my air is running overtime with these 100° days.

I made this one by request and for someone very special to me. You know who you are.  Since I had not made a peach cheesecake yet, worked out perfectly. And, I will say it was a great choice….this was another AWESOME cheesecake.  I’m becoming a pro at NO BAKE cheesecake if I say so myself.

What’s is made of?

The crust is made from graham crackers.  All you’ll need for that is the crushed graham crackers, melted butter and some sugar.  For the filling, you’ll need cream cheese, peach pie filling, instant peach jello mix and some cool whip mostly.

It only took me 20 minutes to put it all together.  I always choose to set the cheesecake overnight, but you could do the minimum time at 4 hours.

Just Peachy NO BAKE Cheesecake

Just Peachy NO BAKE Cheesecake. A creamy and delicious peach cheesecake that requires no heating up the kitchen.

Equipment

  • Spring Form Pan or Pie Dish

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Graham Cracker, Crushed
  • 6 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 Cup White Sugar
  • 2 Pkg (8 oz) Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1 Can (21 oz) Peach Pie Filling
  • 1 Box (3.3 oz) Peach Jello
  • 8 Oz Cool Whip, thawed
  • Peaches Optional

Instructions

  • Mix the graham crackers, melted butter and 1/4 cup of the sugar in a medium size bowl.

  • Press all but 1/4 cup of the graham cracker mixture in the bottom of a spring form pan, or a deep pie dish.

  • Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar with a mixer or in a stand mixer.

  • Add in the instant jello mix. Blend.
  • Add in the peach pie filling and blend well.
  • Fold in cool whip.
  • Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours to overnight. Remove from the refrigerator and remove the outer ring if you used the spring form pan.

  • Garnish with slices of peaches, if desired. Sprinkle the remaining graham cracker mix over the top.
