White Chocolate Chip Sugar Cookie Bars

White Chocolate Chip Sugar Cookie Bars all came about with my grandsons coming over for me to watch for an hour or two. I had some refrigerated sugar cookie dough that needed to be used. So, I decided to make some cookie bars, but not the traditional square bars. I used a 9″ cake pan and made them like a pie.
I wanted to spruce up the sugar cookie dough, so I went with the white chocolate chips. Basically, turned it into a Chocolate Chip Cookie. That’s all. It’s really what I did with it after that that’s awesome. I served them warm with a scoop of ice cream and drizzled some Dulce De Leche over them both.

What do you need?
All you need is the refrigerated cookie dough, some white chocolate chips, ice cream, or frozen yogurt would work as well and some Dulce De Leche. If you’re ever looking for the Dulce De Leche, it’s on the isle that has Ethnic foods. That’s it. Easy Peasy, yet looking so good.

What was the last thing that you threw together in a pinch?
More cookies you ask?
