1Roll (16.5 oz)Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough
6OzWhite Chocolate Chips
Dulce De LecheCan subsitute
Ice Cream or Frozen Yogurt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9" round cake pan with cooking spray.
Break up the cookie dough in a medium size bowl.
Knead in white chocolate chips.
Press into cake pan.
Bake for 20-23 minutes in the preheated oven. Let cool on a wire rack for 1 hour.
Cut and drizzle dulce de leche over the warm cookie and ice cream.
