I have been on a smoothie kick lately. I’ve been making a smoothie at lunch time every day trying to cut my “meals” back. When I have my smoothie at lunch, then I only have a small snack between then and dinner.

At first, I wanted to make an easy watermelon smoothie recipe. Then I thought I could up the taste game a little and at the same time have more benefits by doubling up my fruit intake.

Apple Watermelon Smoothie
Equipment
- Blender or Nutri Bullet
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups Seedless Watermelon, Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Apple, Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Water
- 2 Tbsp Yogurt, plain, non fat
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Enjoy!!
