Turkey Sausage and Rice Casserole. Made with cream of potato soup for a little bit of potato with that rice. Customize this casserole to your liking.

Ingredients
2Bags (Family size)Instant Rice
2Cans (10.5 oz)Cream of Potato Soup
1 1/2CupMilk
2PkgTurkey Sausage Links
Salt and PepperIf desired
Shredded CheeseIf desired
Instructions
Cook rice as directed. About 10 minutes. Drain.
Mix soup and milk in a 3 quart casserole dish.
Slice sausage and add to the soup mixture in the casserole dish.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Pour both bags of rice in casserole dish. Salt and Pepper if desired.
Mix well.
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven, add cheese on top if desired. Let set for 10-15 minutes before serving.
