Ingredients
1LbGround Pork
1LbGround Turkey
1CupCrackers, Crushed
1TbspParsley
1/2TbspOnion Powder
1/2TbspPepper
1/2TbspSalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400° F. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Roll up into 1/2" or so balls and place on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or so in oven. Switch oven to broil. Broil for an additional 5-10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve.
