Ingredients
4Russet Potatoes, peeled
4SlicesTurkey Bacon
4TbspButter
3/4CupMilk
4TbspSour Cream
1/2CupCheddar Cheese, Shredded
Chives, chopped
Instructions
Cut potatoes. The smaller you cut them, the faster they cook.
Pour about 5-6 cups of water in a medium size sauce pan. Add potatoes. Bring to a boil.
Cook about 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender.
While potatoes are boiling, fry bacon. Drain. Crumble.
Drain potatoes and place back in sauce pan.
Add 2 tbsp of butter and the milk. Mashed with a potato masher or electric mixer.
Spoon helping onto plate. Add the other 1 tbsp of butter one helping.
Add half of the bacon.
Add 1/4 of the cheese.
Add 2 Tbsp of sour cream and a sprinkle of chives. Repeat for 2nd helping.
