4SlicesFrench Bread
16TbspTuna Salad= 1 cup
4SlicesAmerican Cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°. I used my toaster oven since I was only cooking for two.
Make your tuna salad. Save 1 cup (16 Tbsp) for recipe. Eat the rest, like I did.
Arrange bread on baking sheet. Place 4 tbsp of tuna salad on each slice.
Fold each slice of cheese in half and place both halves on top of the tuna salad.
Bake 5-6 minutes or until cheese has melted and bread is slightly crispy on the sides.
