Ingredients
12OzWhite Chocolate Chips
4CupsConfectioner's SugarPowdered Sugar
1 1/2TspVanilla Extract
8ozCream Cheese
3/4CupChopped Pecans
Instructions
Grease an 8x8 baking dish set aside.
Beat sugar, vanilla extract and cream cheese in a bowl.
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler, or 2 sauce pans over lightly simmering water. Stir until melted and smooth.
Fold the chocolate and pecans in with the cream cheese mixture.
Spread into the baking dish. Chill for 1-2 hours, then cut into squares.
