Ingredients
1 Can (10 3/4 oz)Cream of Chicken Soup, CondensedCan alternate Cream of Mushroom Soup, Condensed
2CupsMilk
2CupsCubed Chicken, cooked
1CupRice, cooked
1Can (16 oz)Cut Green Beans, drained
2CupsCheddar Cheese, Shredded
1Can (8 oz)French Fried Onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a large saucepan, combine the soup and milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in chicken, rice and green beans.
Add in 1 cup of cheese and 1/3 of the can of fried onions. Mix.
Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish. Add 1/2 cup of cheese and 1/3 of the fried onions on top.
**You can skip adding the cheese and fried onions if you want to cut it back.
Bake covered for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and add the remaining cheese and fried onions.
Bake uncovered for 5 more minutes. Remove and let cool before serving.
