Preheat oven to 425° for your bacon.
NOTE: You can fry the bacon in the skillet, if preferred.
Bake the bacon for 11-13 or until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Blot. Let cool.
Preheat oven to 450°, or as suggested on your biscuit mix.
Add 1/2 cup water to biscuit mix. Stir until well blended.
Crumble the bacon and add it and the cheese to the biscuit mix.
Drop by the spoonful onto a baking sheet. Here is where it will depend on how many biscuits you end up with. I went with a TBSP and had 12 biscuits vs. 6 biscuits.
Bake for 8-11 minutes, or until done. Let cool. Serve.
Notes
You can use what biscuit mix you want to. Just remove the water from this recipe and add what your mix calls for.
