boxQuick Banana Bread Mix - Pillsbury
1 CupMilk
1/2CupOil
2Eggs
1Ripe Banana, Smashed
1 1/4CupPowder SugarFOR ICING
3TbspMilkFOR ICING
1/2TspvanillaFOR ICING
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400° F as instructed on the box. Spray your donut pan with Cooking Spray.
Mix the Box mix, 1 cup milk, oil, eggs & smashed banana in a bowl by hand until well blended.
Fill your donut pan 3/4 of the way or all of the way. Cook for 10 minutes or so, depending on your oven.
Once cooked, let cool 30 minutes-1 hour. Begin making glaze if desired.
Mix the following for the glaze. Powder sugar, 3 tbsp milk and vanilla. You can adjust this to be thinner (add more milk) or thicker (add more sugar).
Once the donuts have cooled...place donuts on wax paper or rack and using a spoon pour the glaze over the donuts.
Sprinkle nuts on top if you like your nuts :) Then you have Banana Nut Bread Donuts.
