Ingredients
9SlicesBacon12 slices if you use 2 per tortilla
6Tortillas, Small (8"-10")
1/2CupVelveeta, cubed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°
Lay out tortilla. Place about 5 cubes or so of Velveeta cheese down the center.
Roll up tortilla first by folding in half. Then roll starting from the folded side.
Wrap 1 or 2 slices of bacon around the tortilla. I made 3 tortillas with 1 slice and 3 with 2 slices so you could see. I prefer the 2 slices. If you need to secure these, use toothpicks.
Place on foil covered cookie sheet.
Bake @ 425° for 10 minutes, then flip and cook another 3 minutes. If you need to cook longer after the flip, only go 2 minutes at a time. That bacon can get ahead of you.
