Ingredients
2CupGraham Crackers, crushed
6Tbspbutter, melted
1/4CupSugar
1Can (21 oz)Strawberry Pie Filling
2Pkg (8oz)Cream Cheese, Softened
8ozCool Whip
6Strawberries, slicedOptional
Instructions
Mix graham crackers, butter and sugar in a bowl. Press down into springform pan or deep pie dish to create the crust.
Add remaining ingredients, except the cool whip, in a bowl or stand mixer.
Blend well.
Fold in the cool whip.
Spoon into the pan/dish. Pat down as well as possible. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to overnight. I personally prefer overnight.
When cheesecake has set, remove outer ring, if using the springform pan.
Add sliced strawberries on top, if desired. Serve.
