Brown the ground beef in a skillet/frying pan until done. Drain.
Place ground beef back in the 4-6 quart sauce pan. Add all of the other ingredients. Stir well.
Bring to a slight boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve on your bun of choice.
