Instructions
Peel (if desired) & slice the squash NOTE: The thinner the slice the faster it cooks. If you have thicker slices, please adjust cooking time.
Add butter and squash to skillet on medium to medium high heat. NOTE: You can substitute the butter for olive oil if you wanna be healthy.
Stir occasionally to cook all slices as evenly as possible. Cook about 15 minutes or until desired "softness".
Sprinkle with Parmesan, if desired.
Notes
Substitute crook neck squash for your favorite.
