Preheat skillet, griddle or grill to medium high heat.
Add all ingredients in a medium size bowl/container.
Mix thoroughly by hand.
Separate into 4 patties. Place on heated skillet/griddle/grill. Cook 5-7 minutes. **you can't see my 4th patty in the back there...I was cooking it different for someone and had the heat up higher to "almost burn" it.
Flip and cook another 5-7 minutes or until the internal temp is 165° to 170°.
