In a medium skillet, cook frozen steak on medium high heat. **Can add a touch of oil or cooking spray if desired. ***If adding onions and/or green peppers, do so here.
While steak is cooking, butter one side of each slice of bread.
Drain the steak meat on paper towels.
Heat the griddle/skillet on medium high heat. Please one slice of bread, butter side down on the griddle/skillet. Place one slice of cheese on bread.
Add the meat on top of the cheese.
Add dressing. (if desired, optional)
Add the other slice of cheese.
Top with slice of bread, butter side up. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until it's toasted the way you like it. For darker, keep on longer.
Flip and cook an additional 3-4 minutes. Remove and serve.
