Ingredients
1CupButter2 sticks
1 1/2CupPeanut ButterCreamy or Crunchy
2TspVanilla Extract
1CupSugar
2CupBrown Sugar
3Eggs
1 1/2 TspBaking Soda
3CupFlour
1/2TspSalt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream Butter, Sugar & Brown Sugar in a stand mixer (or hand mixer) for 3-4 minutes until fluffy.
Add Peanut Butter & Vanilla. Beat until combined.
Add one egg at a time to your mix, beat until blended. Repeat until all 3 eggs have been added.
Combine the flour, baking soda & salt in a separate bowl. Add to the mixture, little by little until blended.
Add the Milky Ways and stir with a spoon. Pour into a deep baking pan, or you could use a cake pan. NOTE: The batter will rise some when cooking.
Bake 25-33 minutes at 350° until the edges are light brown. You may want to check it at 20 minutes. Cooking times vary on ovens, altitudes, etc..
Notes
These cookie bars are great alone or with ice cream. Use it for the bottom of a sundae.
