Ingredients
1PkgPeanut Butter Cookie Dough
Jelly, your choice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
Cut slices of the dough about 1/4" thick. Then cut each slice in half.
Roll into balls and place the ball into the muffin cup in the pan.
Bake for 10 minutes, then pull out of oven. See how the indention isn't there from me making it before cooking. You can do both if you like, before and after. You see my results.
Make the indent in the middle of the cookie using whatever utensil that will fit. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
**Remember that the cookie will still cook some after removing it from the oven.
Fill with jelly now, or when serving.
