Cook Hash Brown and onions with oil in a skillet on medium low heat.
Shred Cheese.
In medium bowl, beat eggs, then add the milk. Stir.
Add bacon and sausage in the egg mixture.

Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns in the skillet. Turn the heat up to medium high heat.
Cook until almost done.
Once the egg is pretty much cook. Sprinkle the cheese on top and turn the heat off. Let sit 5 minutes. Serve.
Notes
I was cooking while prepping. The overall time should be 40 minutes.
