Ingredients
3Chicken Breasts, Large
6CupsWater
1CupChicken Stock
4CupsEgg Noodles
2Cans (15 oz)Mixed Vegetables, Drained
Instructions
Boil chicken breasts in water till done (180°). Remove 2 cups of water (if desired). Shred chicken. **I use a potato masher. Just press down on the chicken and twist. Repeat until chicken is the size you prefer.
Add chicken stock. Bring water back to a boil. Once boiling, add noodles and cook until tender. About 7 minutes.
Once noodles are cooked through, add vegetables and desired seasoning. Cover. Bring back to boil, then immediately simmer for 30 minutes.
