Pour into 13x9 greased cake pan. Cook for 40-45 minutes, or until done.
About 15-20 minutes before the cake should be done, start making the icing.
Beat 3 eggs. Add in the flour, sugar & margarine. I use my mixer to mix it faster, but you can do the mixing in a sauce pan.
Pour mixture into a sauce pan and cook on low heat until thick. Stirring constantly.
Once the mixture has thickened, add the pineapple and coconut. Stir until blended well.
Take the cake out of the oven when done. Poke holes in the cake. I used the end of a wooden spoon, but you could use toothpicks, skewers, anything to make the holes the size you want and allows the icing to soak through.
Pour icing over the hot cake . If you're going for looks, try to cover the "holes" you poked with the pineapple and coconut.
You can serve immediately, or wait till the icing soaks through to make that cake more moist.
