Ingredients
2CupsFlour, All Purpose
1/2TspBaking Soda
1/2TspSalt
3/4CupButter, melted
1CupBrown Sugar
1/2CupSugar
1TbspVanilla Extract
1Egg
1Egg Yolk
2CupsWhite Chocolate Chips
1CupSemi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°. Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper.
Sift together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a medium bowl/stand mixer, cream together the melted butter and sugars until well blended.
Beat in vanilla, egg and egg yolk until creamy.
Mix in the sifted ingredients just until blended.
Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
Drop 1/4 cup of cookie dough on cookie sheets (3" apart). I don't think I'm very good at measuring. Mine ran together.
Bake @ 325° for 15-17 minutes or until the edges turn light brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool on cookie sheets for a few minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
