6TbspVegetable OilCould use Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
1 1/2CupsCheddar Cheese, Shredded
Instructions
Heat about 1-2 Tbsp of vegetable oil in a skillet on medium high heat.
Place a tortilla in pan and allow to cook (slightly brown) on one side. About 2 Minutes. Flip.
While the other side is cooking, place about 2 spoonfuls of refried beans down the middle.
Top with 1/4 cup cheese. (use more if desired)
Fold each side in. (See pic)
Remove from heat. Top with desired toppings.
