Ingredients
1LbGround Beef
1BagBoil-in-Bag Rice
1Can (15.25 oz)Sweet Corn, drained
2CupsPotato Chips, crushed
2CupShredded Cheese
1Can (10.5 oz)Cream of Chicken Soup, Condensed
2TbspMilk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain.
While ground beef is cooking, cook rice as directed. Drain.
Mix ground beef, rice, corn, cheese, soup and milk in a medium/large bowl.
Stir in 1 1/2 cups of the crushed potato chips.
Spoon mixture into a casserole dish. This is not a huge batch, so a round dish or a 8x8 square dish will do.
Sprinkle remaining chips on top of mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are bubbling. Let cool -10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Can substitute cream of chicken soup for cream of mushroom soup.
