Chocolate Covered Brownies

You don't need big servings with these sweet Chocolate Covered Brownies. Change the color of the icing to suit your needs.

Ingredients

  • 17.8 Oz Brownie Box Mix Plus ingredients needed to make
  • 12 Oz White Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 Cup Butter
  • 4 Tbsp Milk
  • 5 Drops Food Coloring
  • 2 Tbsp Sprinkles Optional

Instructions

  • Prepare brownies as directed on box. Allow to cool.

  • Melt Chocolate Chips, butter and milk in a double boiler or microwave.

  • After the chocolate has melted, add a few drops of food coloring and make it your desired color. I used 4 drops of red, mixed with the white, made pink.

  • Pour over brownies and spread to even it out. Add sprinkles if desired. Allow to set. Put in fridge to speed up the process.
