Ingredients
1Boil-in-Bag Rice
4TbspOlive oil
2PkgTurkey Sausage Link
1Can - 10 3/4 ozCondensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/2Soup CanMilk
2CupSweet Corn, Frozen
2CupShredded Cheddar Cheese
Salt & PepperTo Taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°.
Place the rice in water in a medium saucepan, bring to boil and cook 8-10 minutes. While your rice is cooking, keep going with the recipe.
Slice sausage.
Mix Milk and Cheddar Cheese soup in a small/medium bowl.
Heat olive oil in skillet on medium high heat. Add sausage and cook for 5 minutes.
Add corn and soup mix to skillet. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes.
Add cooked rice to skillet. Mix well.
Place skillet in preheated oven. Cook for 20-30 minutes.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and let stand for 10 minutes to cool and for cheese to melt.
