Ingredients
1 1/2cupsFinely Ground Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/3cupSugar
6tbspbutter, melted
1/2tspground cinnamon
2pkgsDream Whip
2 3/4cupscold milk
1tspvanilla
1pkgInstant Vanilla Pudding
1pkgInstant Banana Cream Pudding
1mediumBananaoptional
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375○
Graham Cracker Crust - Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter and the cinnamon. I mixed this by hand with a fork. Didn't take long at all, and it didn't kill my arms.
Press your mixture into a 8 or 9" pie plate.
Bake at 375○ for 7 minutes.
Filling - Beat the 2 pkgs of Dream Whip with 1 cup of cold milk and the vanilla for about 6 minutes until you see the peaks start to form. It will take on the same texture as cool whip.
Add in the 2 boxes of instant pudding mix. This is what I used.
-Sugar Free Vanilla
-Sugar Free Banana Cream
Add in the remaining milk. Beat on low till the pudding mix is blended in, then increase to high for about 2-3 minutes. Can you see I got a little messy?
Spoon the creaminess into the graham cracker crust.
OPTIONAL: Slice up a medium size banana and top the pie with.
NOTE: The bananas don't last long, so if this is something that will be served shortly after it's ready, put the bananas on now. If not, you can add bananas when served or with each piece. You're choice.
Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
