8-10CupsAlfredo SauceYour choice, homemade or store bought.
1LbGround Beef
1/4CupMinced Onions
1Box - 9ozOven Ready Lasagna Noodles**Won't need the entire box
2CupsShredded Mozzarella Cheese
Instructions
If you need to make the Alfredo Sauce, I would start right now. Mine was already made. See above for a link to it, if you would like to make the same.
Brown the ground beef with the minced onions.
Preheat oven to 375° about now.
Drain the meat.
Mix the drained ground beef with your Alfredo Sauce.
Grease 9x13 casserole dish.
Add a thin layer on the bottom of your casserole dish. Approximately 1 cup. Add 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese. **See notes below.
Add 2 lasagna noodles.
Repeat 2 more times, ending up with the remaining mixture and cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake 30-35 minutes (depending on your oven).
Remove from oven. Check lasagna noodles to make sure they are soft. If not, put back in oven in 5 minute increments. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
**This dish could be totally more saucy/meaty if you prefer. Just double everything but the noodles.ITEMS/INGREDIENTS USED IN RECIPE - If you are interested in any of the items I may have used (or are similar to the items I used) in making this recipe, I have listed all or some of them above within the post.
