Turkey and Gravy over Toast. Using leftover turkey and gravy, throw in some onions and serve over warm toast.

1 1/3CupTurkey Gravy
3SlicesOnionor 1/4 of an onion
Heat Oil in skillet to medium-medium high heat.
Slice onions. **Use more or less, if desired.
Add onions to skillet and saute for about 5-7 minutes or until they have softened and turned slightly brown.
Cut up turkey and add to the skillet with the onions. Cook about 5 minutes.
Add gravy to turkey/onion mix. Bring to boil then simmer 2-3 minutes.
Toast bread while turkey and gravy is simmering. Butter, if desired, then pour turkey and gravy over warm toast. Serve.
