Ranch Chicken Egg Rolls
If you saw my last recipe, Ground Chicken HOMEMADE Egg Rolls, then you read that I might go, ok, I’m gonna go nuts making egg rolls. This is my second installment..LOL. I’ll try from here on to at least have a recipe or two between them so we don’t go into egg roll burnout. I’m just so excited to learn I can make them so easily. I always thought they would be harder to make. Boy, was I wrong.
Egg rolls make great finger food, great appetizers and awesome snacks. Just sayin’!
The main reason I made these two batches back to back is because I already had the oil in the pan, still had 1/2 pound of ground chicken left. AND, because my daughter started eating the you know what out of them. Totally wasn’t expecting that. I needed to have more on hand for my snacks.
These egg rolls have less ingredients, and as weird as it may sound after seeing the other recipe, I think these are my fav. But they’re not even close to chinese egg rolls. All these have is ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese and ranch. Oh, and I did get a little better at rolling them, if you didn’t notice. 😉
Not sure if you have seen other stuff I make, but I tend to be more of a sheltered, country-fied cooker/baker. Now I need to give fried rice a go. I might even be able to make a whole meal. Before you know it I’ll be making all kinds of other worldly foods.
What kind of egg roll would you make if the sky’s the limit?
I did, kinda, go nuts making egg rolls…wanna try some?
