What is a cheese ball made of?

A cheese ball normally starts with a mixture of cream cheese, grated cheese or semi-firm cheese with added flavorings. Usually, cheese balls are rolled into a ball and then rolled in nuts. This cheddar cheese ball recipe doesn’t call for nuts, but you could easily roll it in chopped up pecan bits.

What do you eat with a cheese ball?

Fruit slices, such as pear and apples. Pretzels, Pita or Pita Chips, Breads or crackers. In my opinion, this cheese ball tastes great with bread or crackers.

How long will a cheese ball last?

A cheese ball will last up to 2 weeks if kept in an airtight container in the fridge.
